i will never buy a hewlett-packard product again. i just spent 40 minutes talking to 3 different people in tech support about problems i am having with my printer. hewlett-packards customer service (english speaking) is in INDIA. I couldn't understand any of them. i am so upset. how can english speaking customer service be in INDIA.
