herpes with your ToGo's sandwich

I go into ToGo's to get a sandwich, a very nice and respectful person is getting my order together, meanwhile a male customer stands next to me to order his food, the employee behind the counter asks what kind of sandwich do you want,and with the biggest herpes blister on his top and bottom lip (mistake #1) the customer gives the food order and reuests wheat bread, and immediately after that the employee is leaning with his gloved hand on the upper part of the counter (mistake #2). Just before the employee is on his way to get the wheat bread he adjusted his testicles (mistake #3). I was livid. The customer ordering in disbelief asked me is he just adjusted his testicles (not in those words), and I said yes, he did. I informed the customer the employee needs to take off those gloves,wash his hands and put on a new set of gloves. Which he requested. All the manager on site would say is stop that, you can't do that. (as if he does that all day long). Upon the customer requesting a fresh peice of bread for his sandwich, the employee pretended not to hear him, so I proceeded to let him know that he needs to go get another peice of bread. The employee rudely said to me, you are not my customer you can not tell me what to do!!!! I replied in the same tone NO, I AM NOT YOUR CUSTOMER ...BUT I AM A CUSTOMER AND YOU NEED TO GET SOME FRESH BREAD!!!!. What I really wanted to say was take your unsanitary so and so out of this restaurant before you contaminate everything and everyone in here. The manager says to him in a little frightened voice be quiet. All the while the person making my sandwich has his head down and is embarrased at his co-workers digusting behavior. I will not give you the exact address but it's on Sunset Bl in between Van Ness and Vine.
