I hired Heritage Web Solutions to design a website and store in late summer, 2005. To date, my site has not been completed. Each time I think I have a 'good' person to work with, that person has quit and I am rerouted to yet another incompetent person. After a year, I just wanted my money back but the have a 'no refund policy' that is strictly enforced by the owners despite thier short comings and even the knowledge of the inadequate service. Now, these people have even illegally withdrawn addtional money from my account when they haven't given me the product that i initially paid for. This caused several checks to bounce. I learned that I was driving around in a new car without my insurance paid because they too the money, among other issues this had caused. Heritage Web Solutions has hundreds of complaints from across the nation and with the BBB, a membership of which Heritage pays for. Any suggestions?
