I recently purchased a 'Her Styler' product at a kiosk inside a mall. I was told that the product had a lifetime warranty but when I got home found the card inside only reflected a 1 yr warranty. The business refuses to refund my money and I want to spread the word that this company has a very poor rating with the better business bureau.
