so I'm still in love with my ex fiance. we were together for 4 years, but it turned into long distance and we drifted apart. we ended up cheating on each other and we ended up splitting. since then I was with a girl for 2-1/2 years but I couldn't keep lying to her and myself because I'm still in love with the previous girlfriend. her and I are still friends to an extent, but she has a new boyfriend who she claims to love but has hinted otherwise to me. we've both grown up since then, and I think were both mature enough to handle the situation, but I dont know how to go about winning her heart back.

thank you. I have told her, but I haven't taken her out and told her. and that's if her boyfriend allows her to leave the house without him. he seems like that kinda douche.

Well you need to tell her how you feel go have dinner with her and straight up tell this woman you're In love with her and can't live without her. Obviously, you're not satisfied with being just friends with her so don't add insult to injury Either be with her or don't but if you don't at least say something she could marry someone else and then it's too late. Better act quick !!
