I joined the elite value club in this catalogue company in order to get free shipping...I ordered 12 items and they want to charge me shipping because it is a volume order of over 10 items..they seem to change the rules as you go along...when I first joined them there was no order processing fee...than sometime after my membership was in progress that changed that to (1.99) per order..this is the last time I will join their membership club...
