Heartland America sells junk. Although the catalog does stated that some items are refurbished in the factory and have some cosmetic blemishes they did not pack my cd player very well. I opened the box and there was no packing in between the speakers and stereo receiver. The cd palyer did not work after 1 hour of use now I have to ship it back for a refund by mail which is going to be expensive as the stereo is not light. I don't think that the customer should pay for return shipping especially on large items and if they had packed the stereo more carefully, it would be working now. I also did not find our about the return policy until I called to return the stereo. They should have notified me when I placed the order from the catalog. Do not buy anything from Heartland America!!!.
