I am tired of trying to speak to a customer service person and getting someone in India, or some other foreign country, that I can hardly understand. Also, I am tired of not being able to cancel a service or program that I have signed up for (in this case, Health Solutions through my Shell card)and not be able to cancel because the CS rep. won't let you. If you want to cancel, you should be able to just say it, and it's done. I hate CS reps trying to talk me into keeping the service and, in some cases, almost refusing to carry out your request.
