My younger sister’s boyfriend has his eyes on me. I first noticed him watching me curiously at a house party we had in March. He was with a bunch of his friends and they were on their way to getting very drunk so I thought it was a boys’ thing. But since then he has gone out of his way to be nice to me and do things for me. He was even willing to help me with shopping while I was preparing for a friend’s birthday. I know what he’s doing and he just about to come out clean but I can’t tell my sister because it would destroy the relationship. She might even be crossed with me thinking I’m encouraging him.

You need to tell your sister's boyfriend that though you are flattered by his attention, that you two must keep it strictly friends. Your sister is your family for life where as boys will come and go. Your sister would be devastated if you stole her boyfriend. from her. (I'm sure you'd be too if she did it to you) There are lots of other single available boys you can date/hang out with. You don't need to hook up with. Move on to someone closer to your own age.

I completely understand how you feel!!! Sometimes sister's can allow the relationship to completely overpower everything
