HE Washers

I bought a Neptune TL washer and it won't spin and can't be repaired. We are on our 4th repair which will activate our 'no Lemon' clause in warrenty with Sears. I need a large capacity, top load but am leary of all the new top loads. Can't find much on Cabrio or Oasis He, not sure if they are just too new or if they are really OK.
