My fiance (who I have a 3 year old child with) has had 5 jobs in the last year alone. He recently got a great 9-5 mon-fri job with a good starting salary, and he as soon as his 3 month probation was up, he started missing 2-3 days a week for no reason other than he "got lazy and didn't want to go." He was surprised when they fired him. He has been out of work for a few weeks now, and has slept into almost 1pm everyday. I think he is lazy and I don't want him anywhere near me. he came to bed at 3:30 this morning and tried to have sex with me, I don't want him to touch me ever again. he wants us to move in with his parents. he is almost 30 fucking years old!!! I have no intention of marrying him, I can't. He has no idea, or maybe he does....I don't even care anymore.

Tried changing him? In what way is his behaviour her responsiblity. She already has a 3 year old to look after. You can't change a man, a man can only change himself.

Good for you! Whatever you do do not marry this guy. He's 30 going on 14. Too bad you have a kid with him but you definitely have to move on with your life. Only he can change himself. Leave him now.

have you tired to change him, .... to care about him, to motivate him to wake up early and to get a job, or you just judging on him, and criticizing him. ??!

Wouldnt you already know that he's lazy if you've been with him for three years? It's still possible for him to change but he has to WANT to change
