HD seat ripoff

Bought a new Harley reach seat from a dealer. Paid $259.00 for it and after 8 months it has started to come apart at the seams. Think Harley dealer would do anything? Nope says Harley won't stand behind their own product more than 90 days. This is from the company that is 'supposed to be' the most rugged, dependable, long lasting, durable bike on the road.
