Be very careful when you pack if flying with Hawaiian. Im a travel agent and have had 5 passengers in the past 2 years with stolen/missing luggage. The airline has no tracking system and no cameras in the baggage handeling areas. Furthermore, Hawaiian does not cover losses. You may get $1 per item of clothing providing it is not in a vynil or plastic case/garment bag. Any electronics, cd's, dvd's, cameras, ipods, etc. etc. will not be covered. Hawaiian made my last passenger go through the hours and money to gather all records of expenses lost on his flight from Kona to Honolulu. His response from the airline was 'we do not cover any of the items on the list' He lost $7,000 and the airline did nothing. Be careful when flying with hawaiian
