i purchased a tokyo coffee table at the ideal home show at earls court in march 2006. the exhibitor had a large stand ( bm furniture of oswaldtwistle in the uk). almost 3 months later,i took delivery and found to my shock and horror that the table was pink and very poorly finished and certainly did not look like the display model !!! i called them over a period of 1 week or so and they never called back. i have sent them letters -recorded delivery and have threatened court action but again no reply . it is now 3 months and the piece of junk remains in my living room in its packing for all the world to see .! what makes this even worse is the fact that i paid 250 pounds for this crap and i have recently discovered my local furniture store selling it for 150 pounds !!! dont that beat all ! motto is ;dont buy from bm furniture -no matter how smart and wise talking their sales people are and dont be fooled by their baloney website -says alot but dont deliver !!!!!
