hate is a strong word

I was always taught that hate is a strong word. I try very hard not to use it when I'm being serious. There is a woman in my life right now that is seriously on the road to making me use the word hate when I refer to her. She's my husband's son's mom (like THAT isn't confusing) and was never anything to him other than a 'friend with benefits', i.e. they had sex, he didn't use protection, she lied about BC and she got pregnant. So, they have this beautiful 9 month old son together that we RARELY get to spend time with and she uses me as the reason why. I'm insulting to her, I'm mean, I make her uncomfortable etc...her words. Sorry, I don't feel the urge to be uber nice to someone who is STILL having sex with my husband (yes I know and we're in an open relationship) under the premise that she'll eventually get more. He's told her she won't, I've told her she won't, she should KNOW she won't, yet to torment the FUCK out of me, she continues to do so anyway. He won't cut her off because he feels sorry for her. She won't stop because she knows it drives me crazy. Maybe I am crazy for continuing to deal with all this. Not sure it's really worth all the mental anguish.
