Just a quick complaint about Hart property services in coventry , any prospective tenants beware! haveing left my rented house in june i have still not had my deposit returned (the tenancy states that funds should be returned within 2 weeks!)i have not recieved any complaints from the landlord and any atempt to contact Hart property services has resulted in being put on indefinate hold! This seems to be common practice with them,Beware ,you will not get your deposite back if you rent with these people and they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
