Hardwood Floors done bad

Dont use World Class Hardwood Floors in Carlstadt or Hasbrouk Heights NJ. They wrecked our beautiful hardwood floors with scratches on the first layer. It took over two weeks for them to return a call and when they returned a week later to do the job --- they made them worse. The floors are peeling and have missed areas cause Jeff was in a rush to get to another client. He tried to do 3 floors in less than an hour instead of taking his time and doing the job right. He refuses to come back or even return our telephone calls. DONT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU! He says Jeff wants to make you happy -- but in reality he doesnt give a ^&*). Go somewhere -- anywhere else!!! Dont call 201-288-3991 to get your floors redone. You will only have to take time off to go to court and sue his sorry excuse of a business. His wife is his secretary and really needs to get some schooling in how to be a professional in a professional environment. His nephews are his assistants that put semi gloss on the floor and then tried to fix it with Glossy finish. When the sanded the floor in between coats--they didnt let the floor dry which left swirl marks on the floor. When he FINALLY came back he spent less than an hour and now the top coat is blistering and peeling off. there are areas that were missed and appear dry/scratchy and no polyurathane is on the area.
