On April 3,2005 I filed a complain with the FCC wireless Telecommunication Bureau Enforcement and Consumer Information Division on cingular wireless company for telephone fraud ,unaurthorize text message ,ring tones,internet services .this was resolved on 10/4/05. Now I am recieveing telephone calls ,threat calls from a collection services
