harassment

There seems to be a group of people who are harrassing me and my family for no apparent reason. The types of harrassment include: breaking into the home of one family member; vandalizing cars of several family members at different addresses causing repairs to be needed or sudden illnesses to occur; utilizing eavesdropping devices in different family members homes and cars along with a hidden camera(s) to record what occurs in a family members home. The private conversations of that person are later repeated or referenced by different people to one family member while innocently having a conversation(some of the conversations referenced are not particularly damaging or even interesting); internet and e-mail surveilance of that family member; an increase in life insurance, home insurance, volunteer fire department, various automotive repair service centers, bank loans, childhood disease relief mailings and solicitations continue to arrive to one family member's home with her name and the names different home owners to her address even after going to the post office to notify them of the problem. We can not prove at this time who is actually performing the harrassment and want to stop it from continuing. I would like to prosecute the people involved because breaking and entering and vandalism is criminal and it should not be allowed to happen to others. You can not imagine how much money has been spent on unneeded car repairs and locksmiths; not to mention time wasted. In addition, one family member whose home was invaded lost their job after continued home and car invasions occured. The home owner felt as if they were being drugged (symptoms included memory loss, urinary incontinence, insomnia, fatigue, stomach cramps, dark urine, dizziness, neck stiffness, and somnolence) the events that occured in that person's home included lights were found turned on in the home when the owner returned from work which were likely not to have been left on when leaving for work; in addition, the porch light was on when the owner awoke from sleep one morning and it was not on when going to bed. The porch light situation is very unnerving because the only switch for the porch light is inside the house. If the porch light was on when the owner went to bed, it would have been seen under her bedroom door and she would have gotten up to turn it off. In addition, the cover to the attic entrance was found in an ascewed position even though there isn't a ladder in the house to reach the attic entrance. The wall hanging shelve in the walk-in closet was also found to have been broken which is where the attic entrance is located. The police were not the least bit helpful when they arrived; and did not take many notes; in fact, one policeman asked the home owner if she liked to go shopping. I don't know what that had to do with the crime they were there to investigate. I would like to know of any actions that can be taken from this point forward to prosecute those involved and stop the victimization of my family.
