This Estate Agent has had my parents (pensioners) property on sale for approx 6 months. They keep giving them bull information and stalling them ( another week, another week). They can't even come up with the same story about who is buying the property ! There is definatly something dodgy going on, I'd advise you all to STAY CLEAR :-)
