I cnt keep away from ex. we were together for two years then i ended things and stand by tht becuz he was a complete douche. but months later after no contact i called him while tipsy and we made out.....then hung out....and now back together. everyone thinks we're terrible for each other and he says he's serious about me....very serious. im 18 and hes 21 and i hav no clue on how to proceed!!!!!!!

Only you know the answer. You are in the situation. Everyone else can only guess no matter how much they think they know. You have to first, be very honest with yourself. Is he real or playing some kind of game? Has he changed or not? Is he the man for you whatever the answer? Second you have to be strong enough to follow through with what has to happen. Its not fair to either of you if you two are holding each other back from that perfect person for you. Third, stay strong for future sightings if you decide to break it off.
