One of my first girlfriends didnt last long but we stayed friends. Basically I watched her life down spiral from preppy happy rich girl cheerleader. To divorced after one month prior to the shot gun wedding living back with her parents druggie and sex addict with her babies father and the baby in another state without her. So we lose contact for a little and I get a new girlfriend of course. This one is crazy jealous of all my exs. But the ex I first mentioned text me once saying "hey :)" And my girlfriend saw... She made me tell her off. (because the girl im dating now is suicidal so if I dont listen or I piss her off shes basically dead). so I did. And if I didnt feel bad enough. She replies: "wow I just got out of rehab and you are the first person I text and thats what you say" I regret it everyday now

Damn, you sure know how to pick 'em. Two fucked up chicks. You need to distance yourself from BOTH of them, unless you love heartache and a million problems. Then again, I must ask, are you also as fucked as both of them?

Don't regret it. Your current girlfriend obviously needs help. But, she's being very pretentious by using suicide as an excuse. if she's saying she's going to kill herself, over "hey:)".. You need to let her know that your ex doesn't mean anything.. (if she doesnt). You also need to tell her, about how a relationship works. You don't boss each other around. You help each other grow.
