Gremlins gizmo? For real!

Well I have moved to my great grand fathers farm he died in a mental hospital because he claimed gizmo like creatures lived on his farm. I moved into the house last week and I now believe the claims. Well when I first walked into the house in the hallway is a painting of my great grandfather holding a fuzzy creature similar to gizmo but the fur had different coulors to the one out of the movie. So I shrugged that off and watched footy everything was fine untill night I heard noise coming from the hallway I walked up to investigate and the noise was coming from a room I had not yet looked at I opened the door to find loads of toys and food. It was kind of strange though all the toys were scattered across the floor but there were no play marks on them weird huh and is the weirdest part there was no light in that room Nore was there a window. I shrugged that off to and went to bed. I woke up to see a little fury thing running out of my room I shouted what the fuckin hell. I heard it say one word in a cute voice "gosh!" I have seen it run around in the barn too stiring up the chooks. This I see everyday. Now am I crazy or has anything else happen to someone similar to this. Thanks
