Greentree/Conseco

WE had our mortgage with Conseco, then it was switched to Greentree w/o our knowledge. We got behind a month or so due to illness, cut in pay. We got the 'collectiopn calls' w/the threat of repo, etc. I asked them not to take $$ out of our account until a certain day, as the $$ wouldn't be there. I just checked oour account and guess what? It has been taken out, 2 weeks earlier than what I had asked. Now my car payment among other checks are going to bounce. How can they get away with this?
