greentree rip off

We have a mortgage with GREENTREE/Conseco and are refinacing with another company and in the process we found GREENTREE had added $20,000 to our payoff amount and our fixed rate went from 8.49% to 9.59%. This is illegal. We also DO NOT have a early payoff fee or penalty!! We now have a lawyer and have found they have been RIPPING people off for some time now!!
