My Son got the Hair Cut from Great Clips on Willow Crossroads in Prescott, AZ. When we came home we saw cut markes all over his hair line on the back. We called the Manager (Stacy) to complain and she didn't have courtesy to aplogize and gave excese that may be clipper could not be working proerly and she hang up the phone.
