Grease Lifter

The product advertised on TV called Grease Lifter is said to sell for $19.95 plus $7.95 for P&H. My mother ordered it, waited 6-7 weeks for it to arrive and was charged $34.90 plus $1.75 tax plus $23.85 for P&H. I am trying to contact the company to complain and can't get through on the telephone because all service representatives are busy (hopefully helping other poor saps that have been bilked out of their hard-earned money)and the company has disabled their email box. What a deal!!
