Here's my complaint about what I think about grant assistance agency is that they are no good to any one because all they want is your hard earned money that is earned at a good paying job and about joining a national grant conference, don't, they want money to pocket, spend,( not to spend on governmental personnel, but to spend on vacations, cars, using for personal needs, they are just scam artists and con artists until there is validity ( honesty, ingetrity, etc.) They do not want to just help people they are helping themselves to the money in your pockets. I am also advising those and millions of people not to join membership with National Grant Conference, and advising very, very strongly not to go through any grant assistance because they will not provide, nor back up their services or product, their scam is to run your personal checking account dry, not leaving for you to pay bills and or medical expenses. Be very careful, if you have to check them out online with the BBB in your state and city, or just do what I do, just go online to rip-off.com or some where to vent your complaint to millions of people that can read the complaint and let it be known that nobody has to put up with this type of unethical and unprofessionalism, along with misleading advertising, being misinformed, not backing up their services, selling, billing, and refund practices are so misinterpreted, misunderstood, and not even explained in great detail any more that consumers have enough trouble keeping their own families going everyday, I am talking about what affects our very being of daily lives. The main part of my complaint is the fact that Kensington Consult or better known as an alias or DBA as Kensington Assistance Agency is not very reputable due to their track record is below poor customer service due to the fact they are rip-offs, they do not even do refunds when you ask them to for 2 weeks, and they just are not the type of business to do business with, Kensington Consult are nothing than scamists, con-artists, and just a month ago I asked when I could cancel the program with them, they told me I can cancel 4 days prior to the 30th of June, well, I did call to cancel and they still took money from me from my personal checking account and now I am asking for a refund for the full amount of $299.97, and I still have to hear back from them in which they won't. I took extra steps to dispute the charge and other charges that credit reports were being charged against my account, charges were being done without any prior notice me whatsoever, National Grant Conference also known as Grant Search charging against my personal checking account without authorization, at least to my knowledge, there was no pre-authorization, I now have dispute forms filled out( with my bank ) and copies in my file. My bank can and will get these funds back into my personal checking account, the amounts add up to at least $450.00 dollars getting back. Kensington Consult and National Grant Conference are only in it for the money not for the individual. Before my complaining, I already had registered a complaint with BBB of New York about Kensington Consult and what a fluke they are.
