Granite couter top

I went CSW Custom Stone Works in Livonia Michigan and baughts a granite countertop for my kitchen, they show the first stone as good and no viens and tell you that all stones are alike one lot and top quality and asked them I will not accept stone with veins and dark areas, no they said. went second time to make sure I am getting the right stone and to tag the stone my self I tagged a stone without veins and dark areas the one they deliver after one month waiting for the installation a stone with viens and dark areas, third class stone when I paid for top quality 1st class stone, even the sales man disapear while I am trying to make sure I am getting what I tagged, he wanted to argue over the phone that this is the stone I tagged when his worker wouldn't pull the slabs and I tagged a slab without all the dark areas. This is not right and they wanted only money not custome satisfaction.
