did you ever try and order a birth cert. and the gov says they will deliver in 3 wks and 3 mo later is still isnt there . you phone and they give you heck because they said they delivered and i wasnt there. duh cant they tell you a certain date or leave it at the post office. some people work for a living and cant stay home to wait for them. eliinate gov.workers and do it by machines
