goods ordered through web site

I ordered goods through a web site that were supposed to be a stock item. After sending my money the goods I found out were not a stock item I cancelled the order on the 1st August and I am still waiting for my money back. This order was with a british company that deals with both trade and public for quad bikes. 1st September. BUYERS BEWARE. I was asked for a postal order - company could not take cheque or cards!! If they had I may have got my money back - I will be taking them to small claims soon.
