If you are planning to buy a computer, please do not buy from this company unless you want none existent customer service, that includes empty promises or quite simply they will just ignore you once they have your money. I bought a computer from Golden Electronics in February 2006 and they sent a cheap wireless keyboard which was damaged as the batteries had leaked, they also missed sending out an audio lead, I contacted thecompany who asked me to return the keyboard by first class post which they said they would refund, haha and that they would exchange items. What a joke of a company! it is now June and despite constant mssages to them I still awaitin the audio lead and cheque for £7.00, they obviously don't think their reputation is worth it! I will definitiely go to DELL next time. So as a warning to you all, if you want shoddy service and to be riped off then go ahead.
