GO TRAIN TORONTO

Don't ever try to get your money back from Go Transit(which is run by CN VIA RAIL) for services that you paid for and never received. I went to a concert in Toronto earlier this month and was told to get off the train at Union Station, about 4 miles from my destination. I walked the rest of the way and found out latter that there was a train derailment and I would have to find my own way home. I paid for a return fair and I contacted GO TRANSIT about getting my money back and was told that I was not eligible to get my money back because the problem was not their fault. If it's not their fault I don't know whose fault it is. It must be mine. In this day and age of trying to get people to use mass transit I find it hard to believe that they wouldn't refund my money. I'll always drive from now on and sit in traffic rather than take GO TRANSIT OR CN VIA RAIL.
