Last night I was realized that I have not practice self-gratification (Masterbation) for almost a month that when I could not handle the pressure in holding back the temptation I needed to surrender in order to relieve the stress that I have been building up for nearly a whole month. After giving in, I felt both relieved and ashamed; relieved of letting out all the pressure and temptation that I have been holding back was out of my system, but I felt ashamed in surrendering myself over to the sin of temptation.

*sigh, you believe god frowns on masturbation right? i thought so, well it doesnt matter, most christians just do what they want anyway. Many christians no longer consider premarital sex to be a sin, so basically it doesnt matter what the bible calls a sin because most dont believe it anyway.
