getting prescriptions filled

Everytime I go to pick up a prescription it is never filled and I have to make another trip or even two even though it may have been 24 hours or it hasn't been called in when I know for sure it has been called in because I stood there while the doctors office called it in and I see it happening to almost everyone else who are waiting in line also, so it is not just happening to me.
