General Motors, bad paint job

I purchased a new Monte Carlo SS supercharged car. The week after I bought it I washed and waxed it. In doing so I found defects in the paint. I returned to the dealer and was told the spots would buff out. After several attempts the spots were still there and beginning to chip. I took the car to on dealership and was told that it was acid rain spots and that warranty would not cover it. The second dealership said it tree sap. The original dealership from which I purchased the car took it and put in a local body shop to get the hood, roof and trunk painted. They literally ruined my car, which is totally BLACK. Ever since September 2005 I have been fighting with dealerships, the BBB and General Motors about my paint job. Just this week I met with a field representative from General Motors and after looking at the car and me filling him in on the details about the acid rain and tree sap stories, he looked down at my car hood and said I can still see the acid rain spots in the paint, there are no spots on the hood anymore. HaHa. General Motors, Tripl M Chevrolet and Carthage Collision have given me the run around like experts. I have been treated like any idiot, maybe because I am female and everyone I've talked to is male?. I was even told at Triple M that obviously there was no pleasing me. How would you like to be paying for a $30,000.00 car with a junkyard paint job? General Motors has lied to me and will not back their warranty on the paint.
