Geeks on Call Screws Up

My PC has not been the same since I placed a service call with Geeks on Call. To add further frustration, they have not responded to my complaint for over 3 months. I hired a private tech to come out and fix the problems that arose from the Geeks on Call service call and now I am out over $500 between the two companies.
