geek squad qouted me a price and charged over a hundred dollars more. The repair man decided to take care of his personal bussiness insted of making it to my appointment on time. He calls me a half hour before he is do and say I'm sorry cant make it until 11 or so because I need to change my oil in my car. To me he should of just said sorry sir you are not important enough to show up on time I have things to do. All i WANT IS THE $120 BACK THAT THEY OVER charged. I have spent a minimun 4 hours of phone and in person conversation and nothing. Niether Best Buy or Geek Squad will handel this problem. DON'T SHOP AT BEST BUY!!!!!!!
