
GE service

I feel that the GE image is being harmed by the service people you use. I just bought my house and it has all GE appliances and the Microwave fan has not worked from day one. I called GE cares and they gave me a company in RI to call that they would send the request for service to. I called two days later and they said they had no information. I called GE again and they said they would contact them again. I called two days later and they said they still had no information but would come out if I could prove I just moved in. I said ok and they scheduled me for Nov 22nd. I said we couldn't wait because we can't cook many things because without the blower fan the smoke detector keeps going off. They said that was it so I called GE again and they gave me a new place. That place scheduled me for today and my wife stayed home for them but they called my home phone which Verizon has not been able to kook up yet. I received a message that I have to re-schedule. I am so upset right now that I would not take a GE product if I got it for nothing. Your service will be the destruction of the GE name.
