GE RANGE JSP42BK3BB

I purchased a GE Range model JSP42BK3BB which never worked. GE replaced the panel and fan and heating element and it still did not work. They scrapped that stove and gave me a new stove of the identical model. When the new stove was delivered and plugged in to test-it did not work! Any one else have problems with this model???
