gateway doesnt stand behind their product and will not help when you have a problem with their computer.after 90 days the warrenty is limited and will take 2-4 weeks to fix and only part of charges may be covered the corp phone # is 1-800-401-1199, they dont want the cust. to have this number. office depot only stands behind product for 14 days and cant help unless you buy their extended warrenty. my cpu that has died is only a little over 90 days old...was bought 04-22-2006 and the cpu hard drive and the power unit is gone cant even get it to boot up and this is the line i have heard fome gateway and office depot even after i told them i must have it for my online business. i was also informed that i could RENT a computer or go to the libary while mine was being fixed
