Gas Board Bill

We were paying a direct debit payment to Seaboard Energy for a year and a half. This week we received a bill for £700, apparently what we were paying was too low. I am really annoyed that they allowed it to build up without informing us of the situation. Had I known, I would have adjusted the direct payments to them.
