went to local furniture store, dressed casually, the customer relations were awful. Few days later, on way home from work, I was dressed more professional, I am in management, I went in to the furniture store. I could not get serviced. I realize it had little to do with my atire, it had to do with the fact , they just didnt want to be bothered. I went to the mall and purchased 3,000 worth of furniture. They were pleased to take my business
