
FURNITURE DELIVERY

About 8 months ago we ordered American Drew furniture from a local retailer. For the last several months we have been repeatedly told that the furniture has been delayed in shipping from China. I thought American Drew was made in North Carolina. At least it used to be. Anyway, we have just been told that it will be another months delay. Evidentally this is not an unusual problem. I have read many complaints about the same thing. My question is; How does anyone stay in business with this kind of customer service? I have e-mailed the company. The response was that they have this shipping problem and if it is to much of an inconvenience then we could always cancel the order with the retailer. WHAT? You mean you don't want our business? Just thought I'd let you know what your in for if you order from American Drew.
