We found a piece of furniture at Rooms To Go that would be perfect for our needs, and purchased it. When the delivery men brought it in to the house, they broke it. RTG said they'd deliver a new one, so I took off another day for the second delivery. The second piece came broken, so they didn't bother to take it off the truck! Another day lost! I spoke with someone who told me they could give me a window of 8-1 PM, and I said, 'Going to work late is much better than taking the day off again'. So they switched the next delivery from Tues to Thurs before 1 PM. Today, the day before delivery, they said it would have to be between 1 & 5 PM, which means taking off a third day! They will make no concessions, nor will they even try to accommodate my needs! I'm seriously ill and this is just adding more frustration and sadness to my life. What do I do now? At this time they will not even give me a legitimate time frame! Please help me. I'm very upset. Thank you so much, Mae Paolino
