FURIOUS!

I hate, am furious, will never use again, was humiliated by Capital One when after at least 10 years of never paying late, of bills averaging at least $500, they refused to 'up' my credit limit...My credit scores are termed 'excellent' by the credit bureaus. And I was charged $15 to pay a $5,700 bill IN FULL!!!
