Functional Retardation

I fear the world as a whole is becoming functionally retarded. I think that the government is allowing it to happen so that we can be more easily persuaded and controlled. I don't have any evidence to back this up, but my theory is that IQ's are going down rapidly and the standard for being considered challenged is being lowered so that people who would have been considered 'special' 20 years ago are now 'Normal'.
