I have been playing a machine in my local social club, the claim on the machine is 72% payout. The last jackpot was won 4 weeks ago and it's had at least £300 in those four weeks. Tonight, as it was someone's birthday, we had a go on it, we've put at least £150 into this machine and the jackpot is only £100! I would like to know where I can complain and someone official will come out without informing them and catch them out, as this machine is SO NOT LEGAL if it's claiming 72% payout and it's had all this money!
