Frigidaire stove

I bought a Frigidaire stove almost 3 years ago from an HH Gregg store in the Cleveland area. The top of the stove was impossible to clean. Instead of the surface being smooth, as most are, this stove top had a rough surface. I called to complain, and they sent someone out to look at it. The service guy couldn't seem to get the top clean either. We even tried an SOS pad. I called the store again and the manager told me it was out of their hands and to call a Frigidaire Service Center. He gave me 4 different numbers to call. I called one of them and a guy came out. At that time, the grates on top of the burners were leaving rust stains on the stove top. I was told I must have spilled soup or something. Believe me, I live alone and I don't use my stove much, because I don't cook much, and when I do cook, I use 1 burner only. The rust stains were on the other side of the stove top! Ok, so they replaced the stove top...and eventually admitted that was rust stains, and replaced the grates too.... ONLY to send me out the same poor quality stove top I had to begin with. Once I can afford to spend another almost $600.00, I am going to throw this stove away! I wouldn't sell it to someone because they would have the same problems. I just wonder where that stove top was manufactured. Hey Frigidaire......are you making crap products because you moved out of the USA????? I will NEVER again buy a Frigidaire product!!!
