Frias/Rodriguez cab company

The Frias Cab company is a shadey place to work. The cabs basically have the freedom to do whatever as long as they are not in an accident. The Taxi Cab Authority seems to also be tied in w/the Frias company. The Rodriguez sons can go to hell and they are still waiting for Unlce Charlie Frias to die now for how long now?
